Same context window as Production context (/development), wired for assistants. Load the left panel for humans; load the JSON-backed prompt for Claude (or any model) to place people on the queue and respect first-come, first-served crew credits within each department.
How this connects to Claude: we do not embed an API key in the page. The integration is portable: one click copies a full prompt (role + rules + entire structured context + volunteer text). Open Claude in another tab and paste. To pin long-term, create a Claude Project and set its instructions to: “Always read and follow https://ffilm.org/development; FCFS credits are per department lane.”
